Directly from you when you sign up to a mailing list, and/or fill out a coaching contract

To contact you directly about your coaching appointment/s, and to email newsletters (unless you’ve requested not to receive these)

How will your data be stored? 

Your data will only be stored on my work computer, and in a secure Google Drive account. It will not be shared with any third parties unless with your prior agreement (in the case of referral to another, usually related professional – such as a holistic therapist, business coach, etc. Such referrals will usually be initiated/requested by yourself). 

How long will your data be kept for? 

• If you have signed up to a mailing list, your data will be stored until you request otherwise (you can unsubscribe at any time).

• If you have received coaching, your data will be stored for seven years dating from your last coaching session. This is purely for insurance compliance.

What are your data protection rights? 

Every user is entitled to the following: 

● The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. You may be charged a small fee for this service. 

● The right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request to complete information you believe is incomplete. 

● The right to erasure – You have the right to request that I erase your personal data, under certain conditions. 

● The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 

● The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to my processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
